Own the local canvassing pipeline by engaging homeowners, qualifying needs, and scheduling in-home consultations, while documenting data and collaborating to hit daily goals.

Face-to-face engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting with homeowners.
Accurate data capture and teamwork to meet daily and weekly targets.
Outdoors community-facing outreach with professional representation and ongoing training.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
Build rapport and create positive first impressions
Conduct brief home assessments to identify homeowner needs
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
Accurately document customer information using company tools
Represent the company professionally in the community
Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

Coachable and eager to learn
Reliable transportation to our Nashville office
Valid driver's license
Professional appearance
Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods
