Job Summary

Own the local, face-to-face outreach and lead generation for door-to-door canvassing, turning conversations into free in-home consultations.

  • Responsibilities: engage homeowners, build rapport, identify needs, and book follow-up visits
  • Channel/ownership: on-site community presence with a focus on quick assessments and accurate data capture
  • Team alignment: collaborate to hit daily/weekly targets and complete ongoing training

Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
  • Build rapport and create positive first impressions
  • Conduct brief home assessments to identify homeowner needs
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
  • Accurately document customer information using company tools
  • Represent the company professionally in the community
  • Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
