Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new event, partnership, and brand activation opportunities that align with brand and business goals
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing events and brand activations from concept through completion
  • Project manage activation timelines, deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and external partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Be onsite at events and activations to manage setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a strong brand presence
  • Support the Brand and Retail team with local marketing initiatives, retail events, and experiential campaigns
  • Help manage event materials, product samples, signage, and branded assets
  • Track event performance, gather feedback, and recap learnings to inform future opportunities
  • Maintain activation calendars, planning documents, and operational checklists

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, brand activations, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep moving parts on track
  • Comfortable working cross-functional and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including monthly travel for events and activations, increased travel during peak seasons such as spring and summer, and occasional weekend travel; up to 30% travel expected
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Passion for brand building and creating memorable consumer experiences
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic project management tools
  • Location requirement: Candidates must be based in or willing to work from one of the following metro areas — Charleston, SC; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; or Los Angeles, CA.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting live events, pop-ups, retail marketing programs, or community activations
  • Experience working with vendors, event partners, or local organizations
  • Familiarity with recap reporting, budget tracking, and marketing calendars
