Own the logistics and coordination of peer-to-peer and field marketing programs that educate surgeons, while aligning with product managers for training content and with compliance standards to protect brand risk.

• Peer-to-Peer/Field Marketing: Plan and run dinners, wet labs, and virtual events with SSCs, KOLs, and vendors; manage speaker processes and SOWs.
• Operations and Enablement: Oversee cross-team logistics, contracting, honoraria, slide decks, and surgeon training delivery.
• Optimization and Compliance: Measure program impact and propose process improvements to boost physician engagement and support commercial goals.
