Responsibilities

• As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life.
• You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs.
• This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.
• - Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• - Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• - Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• - Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• - Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

Requirements

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
• Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Be able to work weekends and special events
• Be willing to train and excited to represent our brand
• Self-motivated: You have excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications
• Personable: You’re known for your outgoing personality and professionalism
• Positive Attitude: You have a can-do attitude and a mindset focused on growth and learning
• Outdoors Lover: You enjoy being outside on a daily basis and also relish the idea of helping others transform their outdoors into a space that brings people together
