Responsibilities

• The Director of Admissions & Marketing is responsible for aspects of the census, move ins, community relations and event coordination. Must get the word out and display the facility in a positive light to the community.

• Generate leads through local contact within local communities
• Conduct prompt follow up of leads
• Plan and implement programs and events in the community/healthcare org’s
• Counsel prospective Residents and Families
• Develop & maintain relationships with potential referral sources
• Develop Promotional Campaigns with marketing consultants
• Communicate and Coordinate regularly with In house office staff .
• Identify referral sources and build relationships

Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing or Related Field;
• at least 5 years of professional experience,
• computer literate, organized
• Mature, professional, friendly, able to work with seniors
• Team player
• Dependable vehicle
• Regular fairly local travel
• Occasional weekend/evening work
• Ability to support the health, comfort, safety and well-being of the Residents
