Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to gather accurate data, perform assessments, or verify information at various locations.
• Engage with clients and community members professionally to provide information, answer questions, and support their needs.
• Execute outbound calls to follow up on previous interactions, schedule appointments, or confirm details with clients.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities using data entry tools and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions with clients and team members.
• Assist with cash handling and processing transactions when required, adhering to established procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools effectively to record findings, generate reports, and analyze data.

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
• Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in person.
• Proven computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry tasks.
• Experience with outbound calling, client services, or fieldwork enhances your suitability for this role.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret information accurately and make informed decisions.
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse communities effectively.
