Responsibilities

• Operate LaunchMetrics Fashion GPS for logistics management and inventory
• Work directly with Public Relation Executives to implement organized systems for sample maintenance and transportation
• Support in-office showroom appointments/pulls and returns of couture and RTW looks
• Execute sample logistics including inventory, international shipping with customs documentation, and local courier coordination
• Manage sample inventory and maintain showroom appearance and supplies
• Assist with press clippings following placements on events such as MET Gala, Fashion Week, Award Season and other red carpet press events
• Correspond with publications, stylists, internal teams in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Entry-level position for academic credit
• Previous internship experience or entry-level retail experience in the fashion industry is encouraged
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Positive, can-do attitude
