Job Summary

Own and drive cross-functional content marketing support for music, entertainment, and sports partnerships, from concepting and proposals to tracking obligations and asset circulation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with partner brand guidelines and content.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts to help drive engagement across socials and marketing outlets.
  • Draft marketing proposals to be shared with external partners.
  • Monitor and track contractual obligations for all partners across music, talk, and sports.
  • Generate PowerPoint presentations recapping for numerous initiatives including show and channel launches, content campaigns, and events.
  • Assist coordinators with circulating approved assets and programming details to other lines of business using Monday.com.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and submitting invoices.

Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). PowerPoint is a must.
  • Marketing, advertising, media or communications majors preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Passion for music, entertainment, and sports is a must.

Preferred

  • Basic photo editing experience (i.e. photoshop and canva) is a plus.
