Manage campaigns, audiences, pixels, and conversions from inception to results.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance to improve lead quality and ROI.
Communicate insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Set up campaigns, audiences, pixels, and conversions.
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Test creatives, copy, and audiences.
Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Experience creating and managing Meta/Facebook Ads.
Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
Experience generating leads is a plus.
