Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end external engagement content pipeline, shaping concepts for the main website and storytelling platform and producing engaging social content while supporting events and outreach.

  • Produce social content and event materials in collaboration with External Engagement teams

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research, write and edit proposed concepts/features for ClevelandFed.org, the Bank’s main website
  • Research, write, and edit proposed concepts/ features for fedcommunities.org, the System’s storytelling platform for the Fed’s work in lower-income communities.
  • Develop social media content and graphics that are engaging and informative for the Bank’s and Fed Communities’ social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky)
  • Create materials for use at internal and external Bank events.
  • Research local organizations and compile background information for external engagements.
  • Assist other External Engagement teams (Comms, Marketing, Strategy) in other activities and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Advertising, Communications/Communications Studies, Digital Communications and Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing Communications with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.
  • Strong digital skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
