Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
• Promote Dayspring Home Care services within the community
• Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach opportunities
• Identify new referral sources and growth opportunities
• Work closely with leadership to support business development and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Spanish language required

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or medical sales
• Knowledge of the local healthcare community
