Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion RMA’s brand architecture and corporate identity at board and executive committee level
  • Ensure brand alignment with RMA’s strategic vision and social insurance mandate.
  • Lead enterprise brand strategy, ensuring RMA’s brand positioning is consistently represented across stakeholder touchpoints
  • Shape and guide brand narrative to build long‑term brand equity and support organisational goals.
  • Advise the CEO, Exco, and Board on brand‑related risks, opportunities, and strategic positioning
  • Ensure compliance with brand governance frameworks and adherence to corporate identity standards.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing Brand team
  • Foster internal brand advocacy and ensure employees understand and embody the brand.
  • Champion initiatives that elevate employee understanding of the brand
  • Strengthen RMA’s influence within the insurance industry and social protection ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Honours Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Leadership, or equivalent
  • 15 years’ experience in brand leadership at a strategic level
  • Proven experience in insurance/financial services
  • Demonstrated success influencing boards and senior leadership.
