Own a comprehensive community engagement strategy across Banner Health markets to strengthen presence, partnerships, and care delivery alignment.

  • Develops and executes a comprehensive community engagement strategic plan that aligns with Banner Health's mission, vision, and organizational goals across all markets.
  • Maximizes community resources and partnerships to serve as adjuncts for Banner's care delivery, identifying and cultivating relationships with community leaders, agencies, and organizations that support patient care and population health objectives.
  • Elevates Banner Health's messaging and brand through strategic communication initiatives, public relations activities, and community outreach programs that enhance organizational reputation and visibility.
  • Holds local teams accountable for mapping community leaders and agencies, assigning community ambassadors, and executing market-specific engagement strategies through regular monitoring and performance evaluation.
