Job Summary
Own the field Events Marketing engine by building high performance teams, driving lead generation with homeowners, and delivering end-to-end campaigns while hitting KPI and COI requirements.
- Team Leadership: recruit, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors in field environments.
- Campaign Execution: plan and implement end-to-end Events Marketing programs with on-site coordination.
- Performance & Compliance: own KPIs and CPLI, manage costs, and ensure COI compliance across activations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Brand Ambassadors in Events Marketing environments
- Own performance metrics including KPI, CPLI, and cost of marketing
- Recruit in the field, generate referrals, and support ongoing hiring efforts
- Conduct site visits, store checks, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations
- Plan, manage, and execute Events Marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Oversee event logistics, partnerships, and on-site coordination
- Deliver a polished, consistent brand presence at every activation
- Engage directly with homeowners to generate qualified leads
- Ensure compliance with COI and all event-related requirements
- Lead from the front—owning Events Marketing strategy while coaching, developing, and holding a team of Brand Ambassadors accountable to performance standards
