Responsibilities

Lead events and field marketing programs across multiple markets
Plan and execute community events, retail events, and local partnerships
Drive lead generation and performance from events and field teams
Travel 50–60% to support field teams and live events execution
Coach and develop field marketing managers and events teams
Track results and improve ROI across all events and field channels

Requirements

Experience in events marketing, field marketing, or community events
Proven success generating leads through events and field activities
Experience leading field teams and multi-market events programs
Strong focus on execution, accountability, and results
Ability to travel regularly for events and field support
