Job Summary

Own end-to-end event strategy and execution for Beretta USA, from budget and calendar to on-site leadership across tradeshows, shooting events, and buy groups, with tight vendor, partner, and staff orchestration.

  • Manage annual event calendar with Marketing and Channel partners, budgets, and site contracts.
  • Lead on-site teams, contractors, and VIP support to deliver brand presence at shows, shoots, and buy-group events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and grow staff through mentoring.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Events Manager will manage and coordinate Beretta USA’s major tradeshows, shooting events and buy group shows.
  • The manager will work directly with show contractors, exhibitors, and appropriate departments.
  • Works with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Events Coordinator to develop the annual Tradeshows, Shooting Events and Buy Group calendar.
  • Manages the development of yearly modifications to buildings and events.
  • Manages contracts and payments associated with tradeshows, buy groups, and shooting events.
  • Responsible for orchestration of all internal and external show components to ensure successful and appropriate representation of brand and product.
  • Manages all onsite staff working various events, shows and shoots
  • Works with Regional Sales Directors to develop annual calendar of regional events and associated staff, product and budget needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel extensively and work weekends, when needed.
  • Ability to travel by plane required.
  • Ability to express complex ideas, prepare progress reports, create presentations decks, write proposals, compile events recaps and post-mortems.
  • Knowledge of principles of marketing.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Presentation abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organization.
  • Excellent oral communication skills: speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
  • Basic computer skills; word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and internet.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of firearms preferred.
  • Competitive shooting sports knowledge and experience.
  • Outdoor & hunting enthusiast preferred.
