Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Noom’s events, from evaluating opportunities and developing event plans through on-site execution and post-event recaps
  • Lead Noom-owned events, managing budgets, vendors, logistics, staffing, production, and guest experience

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong judgment when evaluating event opportunities, sponsorships, budgets, and tradeoffs; experience in healthcare, digital health, or a related industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for events and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
