Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of Fluent's presence at tradeshows, sponsored events, hosted dinners, and brand activations.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle — including logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, and onsite execution.
  • Coordinate speaker submissions, executive participation, and supporting materials in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Develop event briefs and messaging outlines to ensure alignment with company positioning.
  • Manage event budgets and contracts to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to support event promotion and post-event reporting.
  • Support execution of Fluent's external communications calendar, including event announcements and company updates.
  • Draft event-related communications, recaps, and executive talking points.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency across event materials and communications.
  • Own Instagram as a brand storytelling channel, highlighting Fluent's culture, industry presence, and event moments.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in event marketing, communications, or brand experience — ideally within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and logistics for events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams.
  • Comfort contributing to reporting and tracking performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
