Job Summary

Own event based brand presence and lead generation by guiding conversations from welcome to appointment scheduling while managing booth setup and on-site interactions.

Event Operations: Manage booth setup, teardown, and displays
Brand & Lead Gen: Represent the brand and convert attendee interest into appointments
Field Learning: Attend trainings and meetings to stay aligned on best practices

Job Description

Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations
Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees
Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments
Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly
Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently and motivated to exceed goals
Flexible Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Age and Licensing: Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup and takedown
Travel: Ability to travel to various event locations within the region
