Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setup and execution of promotional events
• Welcoming customers and creating positive first impressions
• Introducing telecommunications products and services
• Explaining promotions, plans, and available service options
• Supporting customer registrations and account reviews
• Learning how sales conversations are structured and delivered
• Working towards individual and team performance goals
• Representing client brands professionally at all times
