Responsibilities

• Support client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Engage with customers and start face-to-face conversations
• Introduce products, services, and current campaign offers
• Answer questions and build customer interest
• Contribute to sales and new customer acquisitions
• Work alongside the team to achieve campaign goals
• Help create a positive experience for customers throughout each campaign

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other people-facing roles is preferred, but we’re open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate the right attitude and communication skills.
