Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of live promotional campaigns at retail and event locations.
• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn about client products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
• Demonstrate products and explain current campaigns.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily campaign and sales objectives.

Preferred

• Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
