Job Summary

Own on-site brand activation and customer engagement across retail events, combining campaign setup, brand representation, and operational efficiency to drive measurable feedback and presentation standards.

  • Frontline activation: set up campaigns, engage customers, and communicate featured offers to drive participation.
  • Operational ownership: run event logistics, maintain presentation standards, and collaborate with teammates to hit campaign goals.
  • Feedback loop: collect customer insights and support reporting to inform future activations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and execution of promotional campaigns and retail events
  • Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
  • Welcome and interact with customers throughout promotional activities
  • Provide information about featured products, services, and current campaigns
  • Support event operations and ensure activities are delivered efficiently
  • Help maintain high presentation standards at event locations
  • Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
  • Gather customer feedback and assist with reporting where required

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to Pewaukee office daily
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in busy environments
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Preferred

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, retail, or promotions is advantageous but not required
