About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our Atlanta team and support the planning and execution of events from start to finish. As an Events Assistant, you will support the events team with preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up. This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and eager to learn about the events industry.
Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support
• Help manage event materials, equipment, and supplies
• Support client and attendee check-in and registration
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Track timelines, event details, and tasks as assigned
  

Qualifications
Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments
