Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of live promotional events and community outreach campaigns
• Represent nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at public events, retail activations, and outreach programs
• Interact with event attendees to educate the public about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, and community programs
• Support event marketing and brand awareness efforts through positive customer engagement
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain a welcoming event environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution and smooth operations
• Participate in ongoing paid training focused on communication, leadership, marketing, and event coordination skills
• Help achieve outreach and campaign goals through strong teamwork and public interaction
• Attend team meetings, leadership workshops, and professional development sessions
