Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Events Assistant to act as a team liaison on behalf of brands we represent.
Ultimately, you will contribute to building long-term consumer relationships.
Execute public outreach for brands
Face to face interaction with potential customers
Provide after-sales support for retention purposes
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries
Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
Report on the Subscription retention
Communicate subscription pricing details clearly

Requirements

Must be 18+
Authorized to work in the USA
Can commute to St. Louis 5 days per week
Available to start ASAP
Great communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Competitive mindset
