Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with event attendees and members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations
• Educate people about charitable organizations, their missions, and current initiatives
• Create an engaging and welcoming experience for attendees
• Answer questions and provide information about the organizations being represented
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and day-to-day event activities
• Participate in community events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
• Work with team members to meet daily and campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing communication, customer engagement, and leadership training

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with new people in a fast-paced event environment
• Reliable, professional, and motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
