Job Summary
Own on site brand activation at weekly events, driving guest education and sales while managing end to end execution.
- Event Execution: Run setup, breakdown, and coordinate with organizers to keep events smooth.
- Attendee Engagement: Welcome guests, demonstrate experiences, and move product through memorable interactions.
- Brand Representation: Maintain high service standards and build relationships while working independently in outdoor environments.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at festivals and events with confidence and enthusiasm
- Engage attendees and drive product sales
- Conduct lifestyle mixology classes and educate guests on creative drink preparation
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Manage your own event setup, breakdown, and execution
- Assist with light bartending while maintaining strong brand engagement
- Collaborate with event organizers and fellow vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Outgoing, sales-driven personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own event
- Basic knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
- Experience in event engagement or coordination preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Thursday–Sunday availability
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and transport items up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work at the distillery when not scheduled for events
