Responsibilities

• Represent Rosie Cheeks Distillery at events and promo/marketing events.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Educate consumers about products and effectively communicate brand story
• Drive sales by promoting and selling products to individuals and large groups
• Set up, break down, and manage event stations and materials
• Travel to various event locations throughout Maryland
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth event execution

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking to and engaging with large groups of people
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure
• Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Self-motivated “go-getter” attitude with eagerness to sell
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive extensively throughout Maryland
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Responsible and dependable

• TIPS certification is a plus
