Responsibilities

• Set up and execute engaging product demonstrations and in-person customer service interactions at events and retail locations
• Collect valuable data from event participants to support marketing strategies and customer insights
• Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, answering questions, and addressing objections confidently
• Manage branding efforts by ensuring consistent messaging and visual presentation across all event platforms
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations, including logistics, setup, and breakdown

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Proven experience in event marketing, customer engagement, or sales environments
• Skilled in data collection, social media management, and promoting events effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on in-person client communication and relationship building

• Technical proficiency in using digital devices for data entry, social media updates, and presentation purposes
