Responsibilities

• Corporate Events & EBC
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, customer engagements, and EBC programs.
• Manage event timelines, calendars, agendas, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, speakers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Track event results, attendance, feedback, and other key metrics.
• Budget & Logistics
• Track event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Manage event logistics including F&B, transportation, signage, shipping, and venue requirements.
• Ensure vendors and internal partners meet agreed timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Vendor Management

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event management, event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with corporate or customer events; technology industry experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Experience with vendors and event logistics is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
