Responsibilities

• Represent brands confidently through engaging product demonstrations and promotional activities at retail locations and events
• Collect valuable customer data to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies
• Manage social media platforms by sharing event highlights, engaging followers, and promoting upcoming promotions or demos
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person service, answering questions, and addressing customer needs effectively
• Promote products actively by explaining features, benefits, and usage tips to encourage purchases or brand loyalty
• Handle sales objections professionally to turn inquiries into opportunities for conversion
• Conduct in-store product knowledge sessions to educate customers about brand offerings and enhance their shopping experience

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage data collection accurately during promotional activities or events
• Experience with social media management tools and content creation to boost brand visibility online
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building
• Knowledge of retail store product lines combined with technical proficiency to explain features clearly and confidently

Preferred

• Previous food service experience or retail experience is highly advantageous for understanding customer interactions and service excellence
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong background in event marketing, public speaking, or product demos that captivate audiences and generate excitement
