Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Trade Show Management & Execution: Own end-to-end planning and execution of ~10+ national and regional trade shows annually (e.g., Expo West, Fancy Foods, key vertical events); Coordinate booth strategy, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution to ensure a best-in-class brand presence; Partner with Sales to align pre-show outreach, meeting scheduling, and post-show follow-up workflows; Manage vendors, booth assets, shipping, and timelines across all events; Track and report on trade show ROI, including leads generated, pipeline contribution, and cost efficiency; Travel to and attend key events, ensuring seamless execution and team coordination on-site
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute a variety of events, including customer events, webinars, internal meetings, sales kickoffs, and executive events; Develop event strategies aligned to marketing and sales priorities (lead generation, customer engagement, brand building); Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and logistics; Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Leadership); Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and experience across all events; Measure and report on event performance and impact
  • Public Relations (PR) Program Management: Own and execute ePac’s PR strategy to increase brand awareness and industry visibility; Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content; Build and manage relationships with industry media, editors, and journalists; Identify and secure speaking opportunities, media placements, and contributed content; Partner with internal stakeholders to develop compelling stories (product launches, expansions, customer success, innovation); Track PR performance, including media coverage, impressions, and share of voice
  • Industry Association Coordination, Awards Strategy & Submissions: Identify relevant industry associations and groups across key verticals (CPG, packaging, sustainability, innovation) and collaborate with internal teams to maximize value in our expenditures and involvement with relevant trade associations and groups; Develop a strategic calendar of opportunities aligned with company priorities; Identify relevant industry awards across key verticals (CPG, packaging, sustainability, innovation); Lead the creation and submission of award entries, including writing compelling narratives and coordinating supporting materials; Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, case studies, and proof points; Track submissions, wins, and recognition to maximize promotional value
  • NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May be asked to present ePac at various customer and industry events; Other projects, as assigned
