Own end-to-end event planning and hosting operations across local events and social media promotion, coordinating logistics, MC duties, attendee engagement, and content creation.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and organizing local events and social gatherings
Coordinate vendors, venues, and event logistics
Manage event setup and breakdown
Communicate with attendees before and after events
Help ensure events run smoothly and professionally
Serve as Master of Ceremonies (MC) during events
Welcome guests and make announcements
Lead games, activities, contests, and audience engagement
Maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere
Create and schedule social media posts

Requirements

Strong communication and public speaking skills
Comfortable speaking in front of groups
Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Experience planning events is preferred but not required

Preferred

Previous experience as an MC, host, DJ, promoter, event coordinator, or social media manager
Basic graphic design experience (Canva preferred)
Basic video editing experience
Experience growing social media accounts
