Job Summary

Own cross functional events and marketing programs with end to end execution and data driven spotting of improvements across logistics, branding, and vendor management.

  • Event and asset ownership: plan large tradeshows, booths, staffing, materials, and shipments.
  • Measurement and alignment: track event performance and align messaging with product positioning.
  • Workflow and vendor strategy: optimize logistics, contracts, and supplier relationships to reduce cost and raise quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate tradeshows, events, and annual national sales meeting.
  • Coordinate tradeshow schedules, booth and displays, services; staffing, hotels and registration, sponsorships, shipments, and event materials.
  • Manage event logistics including registration, communication, venue, A/V, etc.
  • Assist in negotiation agreements with outside service providers, venues and contractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments.
  • Maintain trade show booth and asset inventory.
  • Coordinate company events, tradeshows, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics, vendor management, booth materials, scheduling, and onsite support.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing efforts to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Support email marketing initiatives including template creation, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually consistent and on-brand materials across all channels.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree in a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional event coordination and management experience.
  • Experience: Experience managing marketing assets.
  • Experience: Proven success in event coordination and marketing program execution.
  • Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office applications and marketing software (Brightedge, Constant Contact, CRM, etc.).
  • Working Environment: Position will include 10-15% of domestic travel.
  • Skill and ability with planning and executing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional support.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and event coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging.
  • Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to propose solutions to enhance processes.
