Responsibilities

• Represent Five Star Bath Solutions professionally at shows, festivals, expos, and community events.
• Greet event attendees and start friendly, natural conversations.
• Ask homeowners questions about their bathroom remodeling needs.
• Explain the benefits of scheduling a complimentary in-home consultation.
• Schedule qualified appointments for homeowners interested in bathroom renovations.
• Accurately collect and submit customer contact and appointment information.
• Follow approved company scripts, promotional guidelines, and qualification standards.
• Assist with booth setup, organization, cleaning, and breakdown.
• Maintain an attractive, welcoming, and professional booth throughout the event.
• Protect company equipment, displays, promotional materials, and customer information.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Energetic and able to remain engaged during busy events.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Available for evening and weekend events.
• Able to follow a script while still sounding conversational.
• Motivated by hourly pay and performance-based bonuses.
• Organized and accurate when collecting customer information.
• Able to work independently while supporting the event team.
• Willing to travel throughout the Metro Detroit area.

Preferred

• Previous event marketing or home improvement experience is helpful but not required.
