Responsibilities

• Collect customer data through sign-ups, and direct interactions to support marketing campaigns and follow-up efforts
• Communicate effectively with potential clients, answering questions about products and services with enthusiasm and clarity
• Handle sales transactions confidently, including upselling products or services while addressing any objections professionally
• Represent the brand confidently during public speaking engagements and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and maintain a high-energy atmosphere throughout each event

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, customer service, sales or event marketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in person
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader range of customers effectively
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other digital tools used for data collection
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Experience in sales or marketing roles that involve product demonstrations or public speaking is advantageous
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks during busy events
