Responsibilities

• Showing up as the face of our clients' brands at in-store events and retail activations across Oklahoma City — your energy sets the tone
• Starting genuine conversations with customers, answering their questions, and walking them through product demonstrations in a natural, confident way
• Guiding customers toward the right product or solution for their needs — no pressure tactics, just real helpful conversations
• Recommending additional products organically as part of the customer experience
• Processing transactions accurately using POS systems — handling cash and card payments with confidence and attention to detail
• Keeping event displays organized, on-brand, and visually sharp throughout every shift
• Handling customer inquiries in person and by phone with professionalism and a good attitude
• Working alongside your team to hit daily event and sales goals and celebrate the wins together

Requirements

• No Experience. No Problem. Just Good Energy and a Great Opportunity.
• No prior retail, sales, or event experience required seriously. If you have the right vibe, we will teach you everything else from day one.
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and able to lift up to 30 lbs when setting up event displays
• Confident handling cash and card transactions with a POS system — basic math skills go a long way
• Someone who does not need years of experience to prove they belong — we hire for attitude and train for skill
• A strong communicator who listens just as well as they talk
