Job Summary

Own end-to-end event operations—from planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up—ensuring our promotional efforts align with business goals and cross-team collaboration.

  • Operations & Logistics: Monitor progress, manage day-to-day tasks, and ensure on-schedule event delivery.
  • Promotion & Communications: Plan promotion and coordinate with teams to amplify the message.
  • Execution & Documentation: Handle registrations, maintain records, and provide on-site support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring event coordination progress, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
  • Managing day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks to support successful event operations.
  • Planning and coordinating event promotion and communications, collaborating with team members to amplify our message.
  • Handling registrations and maintaining event documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Implementing the marketing strategy for events, aligning our efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Providing on-site support and ensuring smooth event execution.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats.
  • An assertive yet flexible approach to working within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • An eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to get things done.
  • A strong sense of responsibility when taking on new projects.
