Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute virtual events, webinars, industry events, and customer conferences
  • Manage integrated campaigns for quarterly product releases and release activations across product and GTM functions
  • Act as the central point of coordination across marketing, sales, product marketing, and external vendors
  • Support internal and external communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Oversee logistics, including scheduling, asset tracking, vendor coordination, invoice management, and event execution details
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support post-event and campaign reporting by coordinating data collection and stakeholder feedback
  • Program & Campaign Execution
  • Detailed project playbooks with timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Execution of webinars, release orchestration, and virtual events
  • Customer communications around events, product updates, and release engagements
  • End-to-end support for industry events and trade shows (logistics, materials, vendor coordination)
  • Planning and execution support for the annual customer conference
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Alignment across demand generation, product marketing, brand, sales, partnership teams, and external partners
  • Regular project status updates and stakeholder communications
  • Clear documentation of roles, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Vendor & Budget Management
  • Coordination with external vendors (event agencies, platforms, production teams, etc.)
