  • Travel 3-5x per year for site visits and in-person events

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and own sub-workstreams across major external events, including sub-audience summits at global marquee events and CXO programming. Example workstreams:
  • Event strategy and planning: Identifying dates, venues, audience, and agenda for events, with emphasis on an executive, high-profile audience
  • Event registration and communications: Design communications plan, draft email communications, and coordinate execution of comms where required
  • Event content & program management: Coordinate logistics across content creation, including speaker and session owner assignments, reviews, and workback timelines
  • On-site logistics and execution: Coordinate with agency partners and other vendors across on-site logistics, including load-in / loud-out plans, on site room layout, setup, food and beverage, etc.
  • Travel required 3-5x per year across New York, SF Bay Area, and Las Vegas for site visits and / or in-person events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar focus
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing/coordination/management
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills and executive presence
  • Proven vendor, budget, timeline, and stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication across regions and teams.
  • Ability to travel and support live event hours as needed.
  • Experience with global tentpoles and executive events
  • Knowledge of privacy, brand, and accessibility standards for events
