Responsibilities

• Schedule 2–3 educational presentations every week (8–12 per month)
• Presentation locations include Senior Centers, 55+ Communities, Retirement Communities, Churches, Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis Clubs, Lions Clubs, Libraries, HOAs, and organizations serving adults age 55+
• Topics include peripheral neuropathy, Parkinson's disease, MS, ALS, chronic pain, arthritis, memory loss, balance problems, healthy aging, and acupuncture
• Find opportunities, contact organizations, book and confirm dates, maintain relationships, and fill cancellations immediately
• Senior Center Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-up, repeat scheduling, thank-you notes, and monthly communication
• Community Event Coordination
• Locate community events where seniors are actively involved, including city-sponsored events, senior gatherings, local festivals, Chamber of Commerce events, community celebrations, and nonprofit fundraising events serving seniors
• Complete applications, reserve booth space, coordinate logistics, organize supplies, schedule staff, manage setup and breakdown, and follow up with organizers

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving throughout Orange County
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
• Event planning experience preferred
• Marketing experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus
