Job Summary

Drive hands-on event marketing and community engagement for nonprofit campaigns, coordinating live events, donor outreach, and messaging across channels to boost participation and awareness.

  • Event & Campaign Execution: plan, coordinate, and execute live events and outreach campaigns.
  • Community & Donor Engagement: connect with community members, donors, sponsors, and attendees to grow involvement.
  • Measurement & Improvement: track engagement data and help optimize campaigns and materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing live events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with community members, donors, sponsors, and event attendees to increase awareness and participation
  • Support preparation and organization of marketing materials, event logistics, and communications content
  • Track engagement data and assist with analyzing campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members on training, campaign coordination, and daily project execution
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen messaging, branding, and overall event impact
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented event environment
  • Represent nonprofit campaigns and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
  • Interest in nonprofit outreach, fundraising, event marketing, or public relations
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude and leadership potential
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or administrative support is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
