Job Summary

Own hands-on event marketing for nonprofit campaigns, driving donor engagement and campaign momentum through live events, promotions, and community outreach.

  • Own event planning, logistics, and promotional execution across live fundraising and outreach initiatives.
  • Engage donors, sponsors, and attendees to lift participation and awareness through targeted messaging.
  • Track engagement data and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing live events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with community members, donors, sponsors, and event attendees to increase awareness and participation
  • Support preparation and organization of marketing materials, event logistics, and communications content
  • Track engagement data and assist in analyzing campaign performance to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members on training, campaign coordination, and daily project execution
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen messaging, branding, and event impact
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented event environment
  • Represent nonprofit campaigns and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
  • Interest in nonprofit outreach, fundraising, event marketing, or public relations
  • Self-motivated with a professional attitude and leadership potential
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or administrative support is a plus (not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
