Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Engage with the public, donors, and event attendees to increase awareness, participation, and community support
  • Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, event logistics, and communication content
  • Track and report engagement metrics, participation data, and campaign performance to improve future initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members on event execution, training, and campaign coordination
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance event outreach, messaging strategy, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability for full-time, in-person work

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or events is a plus, but not required
