Job Summary

Own on-site wireless activation in Concord events by guiding guest conversations, educating on plans and devices, and driving immediate interest while feeding future tactics with real-time feedback.

Represent the brand at retail pop-ups and events, owning on-site presence and learning from customer interactions.
Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options to move conversations toward sales opportunities.
Collaborate with peers to hit campaign goals and translate event insights into marketing and sales improvements.

Responsibilities

Represent wireless products and services at retail pop-ups, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the Concord area.
Create engaging interactions that spark interest and generate sales opportunities through meaningful customer conversations.
Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, promotions, and service options.
Support sales initiatives by helping customers identify solutions that fit their communication needs and lifestyle.
Assist with event setup, presentation standards, and campaign execution to ensure a professional customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and event insights that help strengthen future marketing and sales strategies.
Build brand awareness through enthusiastic representation and consistent customer engagement.
Participate in ongoing Event Marketing Associate training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development.
Collaborate with fellow Event Marketing Associates to achieve campaign objectives and support team sales goals.
