Job Description

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for assisting in developing comprehensive event plan with experiential marketing concepts through on-site execution, ensuring cultural relevance and impact. Tasks include marketing research, build, plan, execute event programs, monitor and optimize event budgets, manage operational logistics and ensure project deliverables and timeline requirements

Requirements

Highly organized and detailed oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners.
Diverse ethnic markets.
Knowledge of multicultural markets. (Bilingual: English/Spanish or English/Hindi or English/Chinese
Project and Time Management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of experience is a MUST in event/experiential marketing or related fields with a proven record of delivering activation results at scale. (Please do not reach out to us if you do not meet this requirement)
