Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and attract event attendees to our booth in a friendly, professional manner
• Service Promotion: Introduce homeowners to our bath remodeling services. No hard selling, just sparking interest.
• Appointment Setting: Book free in-home design consultations on the spot with qualified attendees.
• Lead Management: Collect and clearly write customer information accurately on our appointment setting sheets.
• Booth Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up and packing down event booths (banners, tables, product samples, brochures, etc.)
• Brand Representation: Represent the Five Star Bath Solutions brand with positive energy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
• Attend team meetings and training when required
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles around the Des Moines area for events.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Availability primarily evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to work safely in hot, cold, wet, and changing weather conditions.
