Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Partnerships: Build a focused calendar of BX-hosted events, industry conferences, sponsorships, and partner programs.
• Event Strategy & Partnerships: Select opportunities based on ideal-client fit, audience quality, cost, and expected brand or pipeline impact.
• Event Strategy & Partnerships: Build co-marketing relationships with technology partners, venture capital firms, founders, and relevant B2B communities.
• Event Production & Promotion: Plan and deliver executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and partner events, including venues, vendors, contracts, catering, AV, speakers, registration, and on-site execution.
• Event Production & Promotion: Build targeted invite lists and promote events through email, social media, partner channels, and personal outreach.
• Event Production & Promotion: Coordinate the landing pages, invitations, signage, presentations, and attendee communications needed for a polished BX Studio experience.
• Sales Alignment & Follow-Up: Partner with sales and leadership to define target accounts, priority attendees, and meeting goals for every event.
• Sales Alignment & Follow-Up: Own lead capture, CRM updates, attendee briefings, and timely follow-up that converts engagement into qualified conversations and pipeline.
• Measurement & Operations: Manage budgets, contracts, invoices, timelines, and vendors while acting as the primary on-site point of contact.
• Measurement & Operations: Report on attendance, target-account engagement, meetings, qualified opportunities, influenced pipeline, and ROI, then improve the program using what you learn.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or event-management experience.
• Proven ownership of in-person events from planning and promotion through logistics, delivery, follow-up, and reporting.
• A commercial understanding of how events drive relationships, qualified meetings, and pipelines.
• Strong project-management, budgeting, vendor-management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and confidence working with executives, speakers, partners, prospects, and internal teams.
• Experience with CRM, event-registration, email-marketing, and project-management platforms.
• Based in New York City or within practical commuting distance, with knowledge of its venues, vendors, and business communities.
• Able to work independently and travel or work occasional evenings and weekends when events require it.

• Bonus: • An established network across New York City’s B2B technology, venture capital, startup, design, or marketing communities.
• • Experience marketing a digital agency, professional-services business, or B2B technology company.
• • Familiarity with the Webflow, digital-experience, website, SEO/AEO, or B2B growth ecosystem.
